On Barton Campus, Walk-in testing (including placement, TEAS and WIN) is available at the Testing Center at the Dreisbach/Anderson Student Success Center, Building 102, Suite 200A.
Walk-ins are welcome Monday - Friday beginning at 8:30am.
The last time to start a test is 7:00pm Monday through Thursday, or 12:00pm on Friday. (Please allow up to 3 hours for testing.)
Placement testing at Satellite Campuses is by appointment only. Students wishing to take the test in-person at a Satellite campus location must use the calendars on the GTC Placement Testing Page (click How to Take a Placement Test) to secure a testing appointment.
Please be sure that you are scheduling your placement test at the appropriate location. Once the placement test has been scheduled, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used to schedule the appointment with instructions specific to each location.
Applicants living more than 50 miles from a Greenville Technical College campus may take their placement test at an Accuplacer test site located near them. To schedule, call the GTC Placement Testing Center at (864) 250-8020.
