Q. What do I do when I see a 404 error message?

If you are seeing a "404 - File or directory not found" message when you click on a database link:

Go to : https://login.openathens.net/auth

In the Find Your Institution box, type in Greenville or Greenville Tech.

Click on the Greenville Tech link and sign into GTC4Me.

In the same browser, go back to the database link you needed.  You should be able to get in.
